Annual Update Process
Upon your anniversary, OEO will e-mail you the annual update affidavit to the e-mail address on file. If you have not received this form you may access it below however if your e-mail address has changed, please e-mail Janet Carter at janet.carter@oa.mo.gov to update. If we do not have an e-mail address on file, OEO will fax it, if a fax number is available or as last recourse OEO will mail it to the address on file.

Renewal Process
The month before your expiration date, OEO will e-mail you the re-certification notice which contains the Recertification Application. Re-certification Form (for certified vendors only)
It is very important to keep your certification current so that you are ready if an opportunity presents itself.
