Updates/Re-certifications

It is important to keep the M/WBE certification current to be prepared if a bid opportunity arises.

Annual Update Process

Upon the anniversary of the firm’s certification, the firm is responsible to submit an online annual update form to the Office of Equal Opportunity. If a firm is submitting an annual update form online for the first time, a MoLogin account will need to be created by using MoLogin Account Management Application. If the firm already has a MoLogin account, simply access it to complete and submit the form electronically. The MoLogin password expires after sixty days. A new passcode will have to be requested on the MoLogin site.  

Re-Certification Process

A month prior to the expiration date of the firm’s certification, the firm is responsible to submit an online re-certification application to the Office of Equal Opportunity. If a firm is submitting a re-certification application online for the first time, a MoLogin account will need to be created by using MoLogin Account Management Application. If the firm already has a MoLogin account, simply access it to complete and submit the form electronically.
