Annual Update Process
Upon the anniversary of the firm’s certification, the firm is responsible to submit an Annual Update Form to the Office of Equal Opportunity.
If a firm is submitting an annual update form for the first time, a MoLogin account will need to be created by using MoLogin Account Management Application.
If you already have a MoLogin account, simply access the Minority/Woman Business Enterprise Certification Application to complete and submit the form electronically.
Re-Certification Process
A month prior to the expiration date of the firm’s certification, the firm is responsible to submit an Re-certification Application to the Office of Equal Opportunity.
If a firm is submitting a re-certification application for the first time, a MoLogin account will need to be created by using MoLogin Account Management Application.
If you already have a MoLogin account, simply access the Minority/Woman Business Enterprise Certification Application to complete and submit the form electronically.
