The Workforce Diversity Toolkit is a series of resources that can assist departments with reviewing information about the current workforce, setting workforce diversity goals and creating plans to increase diversity and inclusion in their workforce.
Workforce Diversity Continuum
The Continuum functions as a roadmap for the State of Missouri’s executive departments, both to gauge where they currently are on their diversity and inclusion journey, as well as to provide signposts to mark progress in
these efforts.
Workforce Diversity Plan Template
The executive departments prepare and submit a revised Workforce Diversity Plan to OEO each year (
EO 10-24).
The template below can be used to develop a plan that is attainable, comprehensive and
sustainable.

The Worksheet is a tool that provides an at-a-glance view of high-level demographic trends in an agency’s workforce.
