Through strategic process re-engineering and the elimination of redundant desk reviews, the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) has fundamentally transformed the certification timeline. Since 2018, we have moved from a baseline of 154
days to a streamlined enterprise-wide average of 38 days—a total reduction of 75% in processing time.

Drastic Wait Reductions: We have successfully eliminated 168 days of waiting for Standard Applications and 94 days for Rapid Out-of-State applications since the initiative began.
