The Continuum functions as a roadmap for the State of Missouri’s executive departments, both to gauge where they currently are on their diversity and inclusion journey, as well as to provide signposts to mark progress in these efforts.

The executive departments prepare and submit a revised Workforce Diversity Plan to OEO each year ( EO 10-24).
