Statewide Veterans Day Celebration: Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 11:30 a.m.

Join us for our annual Veteran’s Day Celebration! This event will feature a Veterans Program located in the Harry S Truman Building in Rooms 490/492 at 11:30 AM with remarks by Missouri State Representative Dave Griffith, Major General Charles D. Housman of the Missouri National Guard, Director of the World War I Museum Dr. Matthew Naylor and a drill team performance by the Smith-Cotton Drill Team.

 

Veterans Resource Exhibitors and food trucks located outside the building from 11:30am to 1:30pm.

 

The resource exhibitors will be providing information and resources for veterans and their families such as housing, education, jobs and more! Vendors booths will be located throughout the 4th floor of the HST Building from 10:30am to 1:30pm.

 

The Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Foundation will also be present at the event to promote the toy drive campaign. Donation boxes have been placed throughout the Harry S Truman State Office Building as of November 1st and the drive will close in mid-December.

 

We are proud to celebrate Veterans Day with our team members who have served in the military and we invite all veterans to wear something that signifies your service to our country, whether it’s your uniform, insignia, or commendations.
