The National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) Celebration is a reminder of our dedication to promoting equal employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. It serves as a powerful testament to the ongoing efforts to provide workers with disabilities access to meaningful and fulfilling jobs.
NDEAM 2026 will recognize the significant contributions and talents of American workers with disabilities to our workplaces and economy, while also highlighting their achievements from both the past and present.
